Welcome to J&H’sMarketplace! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to J&H’sMarketPlace, a New Jersey-based e-commerce business operating this website and store. Our Services are powered by Shopify, allowing us to offer a curated, streamlined shopping experience.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of products through our platform. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18+ in most cases) or that you have provided consent for any minors in your care to use the Services.
You may be required to provide accurate information including contact and billing details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
We offer products sourced primarily through third-party dropshipping suppliers, including AliExpress and Spocket partners. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
We strive for accuracy, but product images, packaging, and specifications may vary slightly due to supplier variations or device display differences.
SECTION 3 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We do our best to ensure smooth order processing and fair resolutions if any issues arise. All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and confirmation of payment. We may decline or cancel an order if there are issues such as suspected fraud, availability, or failed payment processing.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Please note:
- Some suppliers may not accept returns. In such cases, we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed where suppliers refuse returns.
SECTION 4 - PRICING, BILLING, AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs charges unless stated otherwise.
We collect sales tax where required by law, including New Jersey. For orders shipped outside of New Jersey, sales tax will only be charged if required under applicable state laws.
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge it for your order.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, several of whom are located out of state. Delivery times typically range between 7–14 business days depending on the supplier, carrier, and destination.
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may take longer.
- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Responsibility for lost, delayed, or stolen packages lies with the carrier once the shipment is in transit.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
- Undeliverable packages may require reshipping fees, and we currently do not offer shipping insurance.
Most customers receive their orders within 1–2 weeks.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property available on our site are the exclusive property of J&H’sMarketplace or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or republish any material without prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may offer access to third-party tools and integrations. These tools are provided “as is” and without warranties. You acknowledge that your use of any third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms.
We may provide links or access to third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party platform is at your own risk.
We recommend reviewing third-party terms carefully before use.
SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

If issues arise, our team will assist you in working with suppliers or carriers to resolve them as best as possible. To the fullest extent allowed by law, J&H’sMarketplace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services or products.
We are not responsible for delays, defects, or damages caused by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or shipping carriers. Our liability for fulfillment through third-party partners is limited to our efforts in coordinating with these suppliers on your behalf.
SECTION 16 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J&H’sMarketplace and its affiliates against claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
SECTION 17 - SEVERABILITY
If any section of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey for any disputes.

SECTION 22 - MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms
