What products do you sell?

J&H’sMarketPlace offers a wide variety of everyday essentials, lifestyle products, and seasonal items. All products are fulfilled through our trusted dropshipping partners to bring you convenience, variety, and value.

 

Where do you ship?

We proudly ship to all 50 states in the United States. At this time, we do not support international shipping.

 

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–20 business days.

Many customers receive their orders within 1–2 weeks.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the supplier, carrier delays, and your location.


Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

Because many of our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, some items may not be eligible for return. In these cases, we review requests on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following items are non-returnable:

- Personal care items

- Digital products and gift cards

- Custom or personalized items

- Clearance or final-sale items

- Hazardous or perishable goods (if applicable)

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, the fastest way is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is approved.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with secure checkout options provided by Shopify such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (where available).


Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process funds after we issue a refund.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

What should I do if my order is damaged, incorrect, or missing?

Please contact us immediately at sales4us25@jhmarkeyplace.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

For damaged or incorrect items, we may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

For missing orders, we’ll work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue.
