Welcome to J&H’sMarketPlace. The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and is designed to provide clarity on how we process, fulfill, and deliver your purchases.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING SCOPE
J&H'sMarketPlace currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. Please note that deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional time.
FULFILLMENT MODELS
All products are fulfilled by third-party dropshipping suppliers.
PROCESSING TIMES
Because we work with multiple third-party dropshipping suppliers, processing times can vary by product.
Orders are verified and sent to our suppliers for fulfillment within 1–3 business days in some cases 5–7 business-day after payment confirmation.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Shipping estimates shown in the Delivery Time section begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.
DELIVERY TIME
Our products are fulfilled by trusted third-party dropshipping suppliers, most of whom are located overseas. Typical delivery times range from 7-14 business days, depending on the supplier, carrier, and destination.
- Delivery to remote locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may take longer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Most customers receive their orders within 1–2 weeks.
TRACKING TIME
When available, tracking information will be provided by the supplier and shared with you via email. Please note that not all suppliers provide real-time tracking updates.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product, supplier, and delivery address.
Some items may qualify for promotional free shipping, which will be clearly noted on the product page.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
We currently do not offer shipping insurance. Customers may choose to use carrier-provided protection services where available.
RISK OF LOSS AND DELAYS
J&H’sMarketPlace works with independent third-party suppliers and shipping carriers to deliver your order. Once an order has been transferred to a third-party carrier or supplier for shipment, the risk of loss or delay passes to the carrier and/or customer, except where otherwise required by law. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Damage in transit
-Delayed deliveries due to supply-chain issues
- Errors or negligence by third-party shipping partners
- Shipping carrier errors
-Weather, natural disasters, or events outside our control
If something goes wrong
Even when these issues are outside our direct control, we want to help make it right. If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost:
- Please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of the delivery date or - expected delivery date.
- Provide your order number, tracking information, and clear photos of any damage (if applicable).
- We will work with the supplier and/or carrier to investigate the issue and, where approved, arrange a Replacement shipment, Refund or Store Credit, as appropriate.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving shipping issues with our suppliers and carriers, but resolutions may depend on the outcome of their investigation and their policies.
Note: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please see our “Damages & Issues” section in the Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For missing or lost packages, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check that your shipping information is accurate and complete.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Orders placed with incorrect addresses may result in delays or failed delivery. J&H’sMarketPlace is not responsible for reshipping costs due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Orders returned as undeliverable will incur additional shipping fees (IF APPLICABLE) to be reshipped. If the customer declines reshipment, a refund will be processed minus original shipping fees (IF APPLICABLE).
