Refund policy

At J&H’sMarketPlace, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and is designed to give you clarity on your rights and responsibilities.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Many of our products are fulfilled by third-party dropshipping suppliers. Some suppliers may not accept returns. In these cases, J&H’sMarketPlace will review your request on a case-by-case basis and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Dropshipping Fulfillment: Items fulfilled through third-party suppliers may not be eligible for returns unless explicitly authorized by the supplier. If a dropshipping supplier does not accept returns, J&H’sMarketPlace reserves the right to deny return requests on those items. Customers are encouraged to review product listings carefully prior to purchase.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To begin a return, please contact us at sales4us25@jhmarkeyplace.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A return authorization confirmation,
- Instructions on how and where to send your package,
- A return shipping label (if applicable).
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales4us25@jhmarkeyplace.com.
For items fulfilled through third-party suppliers, damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. For packages that show as “delivered” but are not received, or for shipments that appear lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We may work directly with the supplier to attempt resolution, but timelines and remedies may vary by supplier.
We may require:
1. Clear photos of the damaged item(s),
2. Proof of the shipping label,
3. The original packaging.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care products,
- Custom or personalized orders,
- Digital goods and gift cards,
- Sale or clearance items,
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page,
- Hazardous or perishable goods (if applicable).
If you have questions about whether your item is returnable, please reach out before submitting a return.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer traditional exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to:
1. Return the item you received. Read "HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN" of this page.
2. Place a new order once the return is approved and processed, which may be more time consuming.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
- J&H’sMarketPlace reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% for non-defective returns, especially for cancellations after fulfillment begins.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at sales4us25@jhmarkeyplace.com.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective item.
If approved:

NOTE
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SERVICE AREA
We currently accept returns for orders shipped within the United States, including any U.S. territories we ship to. At this time, we do not support international returns.
