What Are Rewards Points?
Our rewards program lets you earn points every time you shop and turn those points into money off future orders.
Points are linked to your store account email.
You earn points on eligible purchases and selected actions (like creating an account
Points can be redeemed for instant order discounts or special reward coupons.
How to Get Reward Points (Email Sign-Up)
You can start earning even before you place your first order:
Create an account using your email
When you sign up for a store account with your email, you’ll automatically join our rewards program and receive bonus points for creating your account.
Make sure you’re logged in when you shop so Smile can track your points to the right account.
Note: Use the Rewards button on our site (usually at the bottom corner) to log in, see your balance, and check available rewards.
Right now, you can earn points in the following way:
Place an order
You earn 10 points for every $1 spent on your order subtotal.
Points are calculated on the product total only, before tax, shipping, and discounts.
Help Guide:
Spend $25 → earn 250 points
Spend $60 → earn 600 points
Points are usually added after your order is placed and processed. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points from that order may be removed from your balance.
When you’ve collected enough points, you can redeem them directly through the Rewards button on our site.
You currently have two ways to redeem:

Use your points like “store credit” at checkout.
100 points = $2 off your order.
You can choose how many points to apply (up to your full balance), and Smile will convert them into a discount.
Example:
Redeem 250 points → $4.50 off
Redeem 600 points → $12.00 off
2. $10 Off Coupon (Special Reward)
You can also redeem your points for a fixed coupon:
Spend 500 points to unlock a $10 off coupon.
Smile will generate a unique coupon code you can apply at checkout.
This coupon is usually one-time use and gives you a better value than the standard rate:
500 points as a flexible discount = $5 off
500 points as a special reward coupon = $10 off
Note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you apply a rewards coupon, you usually can’t stack another promo code on top.
